Delete Your Account

In the app

Go to Account → Delete account and follow the steps. This is the quickest way, because we already know it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, saved recipients, notification settings and login details are deleted.
• Transaction records are kept for as long as financial and anti-fraud laws require, then deleted.
• You can't delete an account with a pending transaction or a balance. We'll help you settle it first.

Use the email address or phone number on your account. We may contact you to confirm it's you before deleting anything.
