Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and DealFusion Digital Solutions Limited (RC 8721387), Lagos, Nigeria, which operates NovaSwitch. By using the website or app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use NovaSwitch.

The NovaSwitch app is published on the App Store and Google Play by DealFusion Tech Labs Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom and part of the same group. Your purchases are with DealFusion Digital Solutions Limited, the Nigerian company named above.

NovaSwitch has not launched yet. We'll update these terms before the app is available to download.

2. Our services

NovaSwitch lets you buy digital services such as airtime, data, electricity and TV subscriptions. They are delivered by third-party providers. The services available to you are the ones shown in the app at the time. We may add, change or pause services.

We are not a bank. We don't offer loans, savings or investment products.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your login details, PIN and one-time codes private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• Some services may need identity verification before you can use them.

4. Payments, fees and receipts

• The amount, any fee and the total are shown before you confirm a payment.
• Check recipient details carefully. A purchase sent to a wrong number or meter you entered may not be recoverable.
• Every transaction has a reference. Please quote it when you contact support.

5. Pending, failed and refunded transactions

How we handle transactions that don't complete is explained on our Refunds & Failed Transactions page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use NovaSwitch for fraud, money laundering, scams, or to get around our security or limits. We may suspend or close accounts involved in these activities and report them where the law requires.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep NovaSwitch available and accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or control outages at networks, billers or other providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute.
